DESIGN YOUR OWN DEVELOPMENT PLAN

The Graduate Programme is a two-year framework built of four project rotations tailored to develop you and kick-off your career. After each rotation you will enter a new position to join a high priority project with stakeholders from around the world. The rotations include 1 international location.

You get an opportunity to test the scope of your education and utilise your potential. We offer you regular evaluations, coaching, and mentoring to support your development and successful navigation in the organisation.  When you have successfully finished the Graduate Programme, you have developed the capability to take on a strategical position within the global Grundfos organisation.  You can test yourself on the fields of Maintenance and Engineer areas.

Throughout the 2-year Graduate journey, we constantly focus on the unfolding of your special talent and personality through individualized training, coaching, mentoring, and customized on-the-job assignments followed up by regular evaluations. After the completion of the program we will guide you to find the most relevant position for you within Grundfos.

 YOUR PROFILE

We look forward to seeing your application if you match to the below criteria:

 • You hold Master degree in Engineering  • Great learning agility, high curiosity, have global mindset • Willing to develop yourself further through 2 years of Graduate journey and onwards • You have international experience such as international project work or abroad study • Advanced English skills

 We look for fresh graduates who can drive their projects in international environments, with high personal drive, and achieve success while creating good relationship with their supporting network.
